Future Productions
Future productions are decided upon some 10 - 12 months prior to the performance dates.
Anyone who would like to direct any play, panto, musical etc. will give their ideas to the committee for perusal who will then declare who it is that is going to direct which production.

A Grimm Night for Hans Christian Andersen
This is a one act musical play which will be performed by the juniors of the Stagelights. it is a very funny play all about Mr Andersens fairy tales and The Brothers Grimm Fairy tales. HCA is visited by two gangsters who claim he is plagiarizing their tales, he denies it of course and so the audience are left to decide who is right and who is wrong with many of the characters coming to life from the tales of both sides all to a very humorous conclusion.

Miss Glossop's Weekend Break
This one act play is for the Adults to perform. It is a comedy, Murder Mystery, suspense, thrillery kind of play whcih should have the audience giggling with great merriment. It is set in a Hotel. The super sleuth, Miss Glossop coms to stay for the weekend, to try and escape the problems she ahs created back home at the vicarage. The 'Smiths' sign in at the hotel, The french Chef and Russian Waitress add some colourful fun to the proceedings as does the dotty old dear who "used to be in the circus". until the manager is found dead in a cupboard and all hell breaks loose. Does Miss Glossop manage to crack this one? I wonder!
